This place was excellent.We ate outside, just off the pedestrian walkway so the atmosphere was lively.Food, all of which was seafood based was superb and the service was happy and pretty speedy.We would happily return, and would recommend tuna carpaccio and monkfish stew! Cocktails excellent, as was the head barman.!

Great food and so good to sit next to the Duomo di Santa Maria dell Madia.  We ate in the outdoor seating area and went inside briefly to visit the restroom and the seating area inside was spectualar.  Worth visiting for the food and ambience.

The presentation of the fresh catch pre ordering at the table. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ambience of dining area, framed by massive wood doors with view the piazza. Complementary digestives. Enthusiastic sommelier. Delicious and well presented meals.

The food is always excellent and the ambience is beautiful.  The staff is very warm and attentive.  One of our favorite places in Italy!

Intimate space, good advice from the staff, service was attentive. The food was great, an awesome experience to cap off a week in Monopoli. A treat to visit the speakeasy for an after dinner drink

Best meal we had in Monopoli (we&#39;re food snobs) and we stayed here for 2 weeks. It&#39;s not your traditional Puglian restaurant but an elevated version. So if you&#39;ve had enough trattoria&#39;s and want something that will stay in your memory, go here! Massimo, the owner/chef is very talented, the food and service was impeccable.

CarloQuinto was one of my favorite culinary experiences in Puglia. Gorgeous view of the ocean from your table and the staff is extremely efficient, kind, and hospitable. Every bite is a masterpiece and their Spritz is delicious! I really enjoyed my lunch here and would eat here every day if I could!

All right and the kids available!! The hot burra and the cap of Martina Franca were spacious, we&#39;ll certainly return!
